We ordered a bottle of French Polish from them, which I would add is very competitively priced including Free postage. Unfortunately the wrong product arrived. This is the first time that we have ever had anything go wrong with this company, who we regularly order products from, being a small antique shop and restoration business. Without any hesitation they sent out a replacement French Polish on 24 hour courier, despite me telling them that I could get by with the product that they sent. 10/10 for customer service.
